DHL Germany (dhl.de) is one of the major couriers in Germany, delivering regular and express mails and parcels across Germany and internationally. For other countries like South America (exclude Argentina & Chile), Israel, Africa it will take up to 50-65 days because your item will transit several times in different countries.Deutsche Post DHL Tracking. For some countries, if you choose EMS, take Romania for example, you need to pay extra money. Please noted EMS is calculated based on different Zone, the EMS price on AsiaBooth is based on the Zone to the USA, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, South East Asia, etc. EMS only guarantees delivery speed however the normal order processing time still applies. Once you have chosen the Express Shipping upgrade option, your order will automatically get shipped by EMS, DHL, FedEx, UPS, etc for delivery within 5 to 15 days (applicable to most North American, Western European, and Asian countries). Customers from the following countries and regions can receive the live arrival status of their orders online when the packages arrive at their countries and regions. If your order is up to $25 dollars or you have chosen a Registered Air Mail or EMS, your package’s departure and arrival status can be tracked using a tracking number. However, we don’t suggest these express, because they are much more expensive than the price of the product itself. Please contact us if you have any further requirements. As to the other shipping carriers, we also accept UPS / DHL / TNT, etc.
For Airmail and Registered Airmail packages, it takes 3 to 5 working days for postal tracking to show online and it’s not real-time tracking. For Express packages (sent via EMS / UPS), the delay is about 48 hours. Between the time the item leaves us and the time it is scanned, tracking numbers may not show any results. Live tracking is only available after the carriers have a chance to initially scan the package. If your order shows your item has shipped and no tracking information is available, please rest assured that your order is on its way.
